  • The refurbishment of the property was very personal to the owners as it was eventually to be their home.  This meant that we had to develop a close relationship with the client and involve them with any design changes to ensure that it suited their requirements.
  • One of the key issues on this project was material deliveries due to a very narrow site entrance and a lack of storage space.  Deliveries were closely monitored and good communication with the client was maintained for timely deliveries of materials.
  • Due to planning restrictions associated with the area all the new replacement windows and doors had to be manufactured so that they replicated the original designs.  These were produced by our own joinery department.
  • Due to the age of the property the routes of the new M&E works had to be carefully planned so that there was minimal disturbance to the existing structure and its original features.
  • A high-quality finish was achieved.
  • No environmental incidents occurred.  
  • 67% of subcontractors used were local to the project site.
  • Over 97% of waste generated on the project was diverted from landfill.
